X Factor star Tulisa has sent in the lawyers after a website leaked an alleged sex tape of her.

In the six minute clip, which was supposedly taken backstage a gig some years ago, a blonde female is seen performing oral sex on a man.

The website that originally posted the video removed it this evening, writing on Twitter: “So ummm….. Tulisa’s lawyers just left our office after serving us a handwritten cease and desist notice. So basically we’ve had to take the video down.”

The website which leaked the tape said of the clip: “As Not Tulisa has gone on record saying she “has never allowed anyone to film her having sex”, this is definitely Not Tulisa. Just to make that clear. Not Tulisa, okay.”

Reps for Tulisa have yet to comment on the latest allegations and clips.
