X Factor 2012: Gary Barlow refuses to make up with Louis Walsh

Louis Walsh and Gary Barlow

X Factor 2012 judge Gary Barlow is refusing to make up with Louis Walsh, it has been claimed.

The first live results at the weekend saw Gary’s Carolynne Poole and Nicole’s Rylan Clark in the bottom two, with Louis deciding to send the result to deadlock, after first opting to save Carolynne.

It meant that Carolynne left the show, and saw Gary storming off the panel.

Louis and Gary reportedly haven’t spoken since, with a “tense” atmosphere backstage on the show.

And a source claimed today: “As far as Gary is concerned, Louis and his relationship is well and truly over. It may make TV gold on Saturday night but this feud is real.”

Speaking to the Daily Mirror, the supposed insider added: “Unless Louis dramatically rethinks his approach, Gary won’t have the time of day for him in this life or the next.”

This evening’s show will reveal the full aftermath of the results, with Gary storming: “I’m not talking – get that camera out of my face.”

He blasts: “It’s absolutely ridiculous,” before locking himself away in his dressing room.

Another insider claimed that the show’s producers were over the moon with the drama.

The insider told the tabloid: “They know Gary’s angry with Louis, who will be squirming and trying to justify himself. They plan to milk it for all it’s worth.”

Gary and Louis met in rehearsals yesterday, and it was clear there was a huge amount of tension between the pair.

An insider said: “The atmosphere was still a bit strained between Louis and Gary at soundcheck yesterday. Everyone is waiting to see what happens tonight and to find out whether they’ll be friends or not.”

The X Factor 2012 continues tonight at 8:20PM on ITV1.

    Bring Carolynne back

Barlow should accept the ‘hand’ he was dealt: The Overs’, and it is blatantly obvious he does not like same as he has been landed with no-hoper’s (aside from Melanie). Leave Louis alone & get on with the show. Louis has been used as the whipping boy…again and, Barlow has some deep issues with Louis which has nothing to do with last weeks’ result. It was apparent last year & has spiralled out of control this year – someone has to intervene else the public will truly believe it is all a ‘fix’. And, we are wasting money voting for the acts we like hence Carolynne getting the boot last week. Grow up gentlemen all very boring now.
