X Factor 2012 finalist Jade Ellis injured her head in rehearsals yesterday.
The Sun reports that the 25-year-old had to stop practicing and sit out for hours after “bashing her skull” in The X Factor live studio based in Wembley, London.
A source told the newspaper: “Jade was running to a soundcheck and hit her head on a metal post.”
Onsite medics were quick to help out the mum-of-one, who was treated with ice and told to rest to help the pain.
But it meant that girls category singer Jade missed hours of rehearsals ahead of tonight’s first live show.
This evening will see the final twelve perform for millions of viewers live for the first time, and the public will get their say in who stays.
On Sunday night one of the contestants will be booted out of the show after just one live performance, so they’ve got to make it count tonight!
Let’s hope Jade’s head is okay and the lack of rehearsals won’t have damaged her performance prospects too much.
