Spice Girl Mel B is set to join The X Factor UK in 2013, it has been claimed today.
The Sun report that the outrageous singer was bosses first choice to join the show this year, but had already started work on the Aussie version.
The 37-year-old appeared as a guest judge on the weekend’s opening audition show at the Manchester try outs, showing off her harsh judging style.
And it seems like show chiefs were impressed with the feedback from viewers.
A source told the tabloid: “Mel was our first choice. She was so quick and honest. You can’t let everyone down gently or the praise is meaningless.
“There’s a lot of money on the table for her next year.”
Of course this doesn’t bode well for Nicole, who looks set to get dumped after just one series on the UK show!
