The Voice UK winner Leanne Mitchell is set to release her debut album on August 20.
The singer won the show back in June, and will have the record out on sale less than three months later after working non-stop in the studio.
It’s expected that the album, currently untitled, will feature a mix of covers from the show and original material.
The album’s release will be followed by a biography of Leanne’s rise to fame.
Called Finding My Voice, the book will be published in hardcover in November.
The pressure is on for Leanne to prove a success, after her debut single missed the Top 40.
After winning the first ever series, Leanne released her cover of Whitney Houston’s Run To You, which charted at just 45 the following week.
