Max Milner is not dating fellow Voice UK semi-finalist Bo Bruce, his parents have said.
Max’s mum and Dad revealed to heat magazine this week that the pair, who have become close on set, are “just friends”.
Max’s mum told the magazine: “Oh no, there’s nothing gong on.”
Sally Ann went on: “He is loving all the attention, but I’ve spoken to him about Bo. They get on really, really, well and she’s cool – and Max loves that. But no, they are absolutely just friends.
“He can’t do two things at once.”
Max’s dad chipped in, in a way that only embarrassing parents can, adding: “At birthday parties when he was younger, the majority of the friends that used to come round for a cocktail sausage sand a pineapple stick were girls.”

This Saturday night any friendships will be put aside temporarily, as Max and Bo go head to head on the stage.
