Jessie J has hit back at rumours suggesting that she has been axed from The Voice UK.
It was reported last week that bosses have been displeased by the 24-year-old’s performance on the show, and were annoyed by comments she made about the “lame” staging.
Jessie criticised the production team for making the judges wear the same outfits during the auditions, and also confessed she’d never audition for the show herself.
And on the live show itself, Jessie J hit out at the programme’s dancers, choreographers and creative directors for their staging during the performances.
Speaking to Company magazine this month, Jessie also said she wished she had waited until she knew the other coaches before singing up for the show.
But writing on Twitter, Jessie told fans: “I don’t know what shocks me more that the papers get away with the lies they print or how many people believe it.”
