Eliminated Voice UK duo Indie and Pixie have been on the receiving end of death threats after their appearance on the show.
The pair were axed in the battle rounds, after singing alongside Becky Hill.
Indie and Pixie were seen seemingly arguing with Becky and coach Jessie J over the performance, but the teenage pair and even successful artist Becky have hit out at the show’s editing.
“I felt sick watching it,” Indie told The Sun. “I had to leave the room because I couldn’t watch it. They made their own story.
“They would take the answer and put it with a different question.”
The pair told the paper that the BBC used more than five days worth of footage in their 5 minute clip with Jessie, and it’s led to some rather nasty comments online.
“There was one girl who said we deserved to burn. People said we didn’t deserve to be alive,” Indie admitted. “We wouldn’t have had so much hate if they hadn’t edited us like that.”
A spokesperson for the BBC insisted: “There was a fair representation of all coaching sessions.”
