18-year-old Frances Wood made it on to team Will.i.am on The Voice UK this evening after impressing with her take on Black Eyed Peas track Where Is The Love?
It was a tense audition, with Will.i.am only turning around at the last second,
He explained: “First of, I didn’t turn around because you performed one of our songs.
“I turned around because you have a great voice, but sometimes it’s hard to hear when people are singing your own song.
“There were some parts that you were out of breath but I’d like to work with you.”
An enthusiastic Frances revealed: “I chose to do the song and the rapping because I want to show you all what I can. I take anything you throw at me.”
