The Welsh legend, and relative vetran of The Voice UK with three series now under his belt, doesn’t reckon we’ll be having to say goodbye to Kylie after just the one show.
He is quoted by The Sun newspaper as saying: “I think she is [coming back]. If they can work The Voice around her tour dates, she’s in.”
It had been reported that Kylie was set to leave the show to focus on her tour, but bosses are keen to keep the current line up after agreeing to air at least a further two more series of the BBC One talent show.
Will.i.am is certainly not looking for change next year and said this week: I just love Kylie and Ricky and Tom and the nice banter, the warmth.
“Kylie is just as sweet as button.
“You can’t ever get too much of Kylie because she’s like pocket size, bite size.”
But when asked on Alan Carr last night whether he would be returning, Will dodged the question.
“I like doing it. I really, really do. I really enjoy it,” he said. “One of the main reasons why I like being on The Voice is I like being in the UK, I like being here.
“I’m not saying doing The Voice is an excuse to be in the UK, but I like it…”
The Voice UK concludes tonight on BBC One from 7PM.
