Jason Donovan has said he hopes to perform with Kylie Minogue during the Superstar live shows next week.
The pop duo were set to reprise their hit 1988 duet Especially For You at a concert in London last week, but it was cancelled due to the weather.
Now he hopes to sing with Kylie on the ITV1 show next week.
“We were both genuinely looking forward to it and disappointed it didn’t happen in the end,” he told The Sun. “We were rehearsed and and it felt like the right time. But the glorious British weather had other ideas.
“I would love to do it another time. Nothing’s been planned but it would be great to perform Especially For You on Superstar.”
Superstar continues tonight on ITV1 and will go live from tomorrow, with shows all next week.
