Jason Donovan has claimed that pal Gary Barlow secretly wants to take part in Strictly Come Dancing, if it wasn’t for his judging role on The X Factor!
Jason, who took part in the BBC One dance contest last year, teased that Take That star Gary would love the sequins and spray tans.
He told the Evening Standard: “Gary loves his sequins and spray tans.
“I think secretly he fancies himself as a dancer on Strictly.”
West End musical star Jason also revealed he’d love to team up with Gary for a duet in the future, but admitted he wouldn’t want to ruin their friendship.
He explained: “You never know, but ours is a friendship, not a professional relationship. You’ve got to be careful that the two don’t end up overlapping.”
Both Strictly and The X Factor will return to TV in the autumn.
