Strictly Come Dancing 2012: Denise Van Outen's routine could end up gruesome!

Denise Van Outen (Strictly Come Dancing)

Denise Van Outen’s routine on Strictly Come Dancing 2012 tonight could end up a right mess.

This evening’s latest show will see the remaining six celebrities will be taking on the show’s first ever dance fusion challenge, dancing two different dance styles in the same routine.

Denise and her pro partner James Jordan have decided to take on a very fast mash up of Quickstep and Jive to Jackie Wilson “Reet Petite”

Denise admitted: “I’m hoping it’s not going to be dance confusion week, it’s making me really tired and we’ve got a really fast dance.

“There’s so much to think about and it’s such a high energy dance I’m struggling to get through it.”

James Jordan, who blanked himself on last week’s show, confessed he had perhaps given the pair a big challenge.

He said: “The way which I want to do this is to go in and out, from ballroom to Latin to ballroom to Latin. It mixes it up a bit and makes it a bit more interesting.”

He warned: “Both the fastest dances you can perform and we’re combing the two together, it’s going to be gruesome.”

This week Strictly Come Dancing is on Saturday 8th December at 6.50pm with the results show on Sunday 9th December at 7.20pm on BBC One and BBC One HD.
