Two I’m A Celebrity campmates will face a head-to-head battle to survive the next elimination, it has been revealed.The pair that comes bottom of the next public vote will go against each other in ‘Fill Your Face Extreme’, which involves them wearing helmets that are gradually filled with typical jungle creatures.
The winner gets to stay another day, while the loser will be forced to leave for good.
Earlier tonight, Sinitta became the second star to be voted out of the jungle.
