Willie Carson’s wife Elaine originally rejected his place on I’m A Celebrity without telling him as she didn’t want him to do it!According to The Sun, she said ‘no’ to the show’s producers without even telling the former champion horse jockey, but he later over-ruled her in an attempt to impress his grandchildren.
She said: “The nature of the programme concerned me. You’re there to be shot at and you’re vulnerable. Dealing with and living with people you’ve never met before is tough.
“He wants to be a cool grandad.”
