Britain’s Got Talent runners up Charlotte Jaconelli and Jonathan Antoine are split over taking part in I’m A Celebrity 2012.
The pair wowed the nation with their voices earlier this year, and Charlotte has said she’d be up fo swapping the stage for the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! jungle.
However the 17-year-old confessed she’d only join the line up if there were no rats involved!
“I would go on ‘I’m A Celeb’, though I’d have to go on my own. Jonathan won’t do it! But I couldn’t do the thing with the rats, where they are lowered and you are in a coffin. I couldn’t do that. I’d run away,” she said.
Charlotte’s singing partner Jonathan Antoine was more clear on his opinion of the show.
“I know outright that I would just fail horribly, so I wouldn’t put myself up for that,” he told BANG Showbiz.
Charlotte meanwhile ruled out a stint on Celebrity Big Brother for the pair, saying :I wouldn’t go on ‘Big Brother’ though. They want everyone to hate each other so I don’t want to be involved with that.”
Fortunately the duo are at a stage in their careers where such shows really are a long way off yet.
The pair have just released their debut album Together, which is out now.
