A comic appearing on Britain’s Got Talent 2012 tonight is possibly the worst ever to take to the stage.
31-year-old Gatis Kandis, originally from Latvia, now lives in West London. (Near Sainsbury’s, apparently).
He explains: “At the gigs I’ve been doing already people usually laugh, but sometimes I get heckled and it’s painful.
“And sometimes they’re just quiet which is just as awful.”
He added: “I am looking forward to seeing Simon Cowell, and I heard that Carmen Electra is here today too.
“The other two judges… I don’t know them. I didn’t know about David Walliams.”
On stage and it seems Gatis’ gags aren’t going down a storm, with Simon branding the jokes “absolute rubbish”.
But despite the awful puns (which we actually quite enjoyed), David Walliams is laughing a lot!
See if Gatis gets the three yeses he needs on the show tonight from 8:45PM on ITV1!
Also on tonight’s show are a mother and singing duo Mother and Daughter.
The pair perform Plan B’s She Said for the panel, but Simon is unimpressed.
David Walliams tells ‘Daughter’ 14-year-old Abi: “I just think you acted the whole time like someone was holding a gun to your head to do it, it didn’t look like there was any pleasure in being there”
