Marea Smithson hopes to impress the Britain’s Got Talent 2012 judges with a range of comedy impressions tonight.
The 38-year-old, at the auditions with her daughter and friend, admits beforehand to being “shaky”, having always been nervous.
She explains: “I’d describe myself as a shy person, I don’t know why I’ve not got much confidence, but I always prefer to be in the background.
“It can be quite tough and I think it can stop you doing a lot of things.”
She adds: “When I go out on stage today I hope it works out.”
But as soon as the panel hear that Maria will attempt some impressions, Simon is immediately not convinced.
He tells the others: “This isn’t going to be good.”
Tune into Britain’s Got Talent 2012 tonight to see if Marea Smithson can prove Simon wrong!
