Kerry Katona has said that Alesha Dixon’s appointment as Britain’s Got Talent judge will be a “brilliant move” for the singer and dancer.
Alesha quit Strictly Come Dancing earlier this month to join the ITV1 reality series, reportedly securing herself a £350,000 pay deal in the process.
Writing in her OK magazine column this week, Kerry said: “I think it’s such a brilliant move for her because I think the new series will be amazing, especially with Simon Cowell back on the panel.”
She added: “I’ve noticed how Simon always seems to pick dark-haired beauties like Nicole Scherzinger, Cheryl Cole and Alesha – it’s almost as if he goes for a certain type of woman who he fancies.
“The only blonde he’s ever picked is Amanda Holden, so I don’t think I’ll be getting a look-in!”
