Girls Aloud are back recording with their iconic production team Xenomania, it has been confirmed.
The British production team – made up of Brian Higgins and Miranda Cooper – have been behind all of the group’s hit singles since 2002.
As the girls prepare to make a comeback to celebrate their tenth anniversary together, Xenomania let slip this week that they were in the studio recording with the girls once again.
In a now-deleted Twitter post, they wrote: “Prepping to go in the studio with @NadineCoyleNOW for new GA sessions… New GA sessions with @NicolaRoberts @KimberleyJWalsh @SarahNicHarding in the studio over the last week.”
Nadine Coyle later retweeted the message, adding: “Be prepared to be amazed!”
She tweeted later: “Today in studio again making magic with the original dream team Brian Higgins and Xenomania. Xx”
The girls – Cheryl, Nicola, Nadine, Kimberley and Sarah – were put together on ITV reality show Popstars: The Rivals in 2002.
It’s been claimed that they’ll be releasing a new single in November, a charity record for Children In Need.
There are also plans for a comeback album and tour in early 2013.
