More bad news for The Voice UK bosses this morning, as another million viewers tuned out of the show.
The latest overnight ratings reveal that last night’s show averaged 8.2 million, down over a million on last week’s opener which attracted 9.3 million.
The second live episode, which saw Team Danny and Team Jessie’s acts perform, was watched by a peak audience 9.1 million, well down on last week’s 10.3 million peak.
The Voice UK results show, pre-recorded last night, airs this evening on BBC One at 7:15PM.
Rival Britain’s Got Talent strengthened its lead over the Beeb series, with 9.5 million viewers tuning in on average, rising to 9.8 million including those watching on ITV1+1.
It’s 500,000 viewers down on last year’s final audition episode, however that aired on a Sunday between 7:30PM and 9PM.
The BGT live shows begin tonight from 8PM on ITV1.
