X Factor star Amelia Lily has reportedly been made to feel like a traitor by her former finalists, with Sophie Habibis apparently leading the revolt! According to Metro, the eliminated acts are angry with the teenager for being given a second chance.
The final 16 reunited at the weekend for a performance of this year’s charity single, but the atmosphere backstage was frosty.
A source told the Metro: “She got one particular glance from former teammate Sophie Habibis, which has been playing on her mind and has put her in a spin.
“She’s been made to feel like a traitor and feels like they’re all angry at her for being handed a second chance.”
Amelia was initially kicked out of the competition during the first live show, but returned five weeks later to replace an axed Frankie Cocozza. Needless to say, it’s caused a lot of jealous amongst the group!
The source said: “The jealousy has been a horrible experience and she’s feeling really isolated. She can’t turn to the other semi-finalists as none of them are talking either.
“Paranoia has well and truly kicked in now.”
