Simon Cowell’s Red or Black gameshow has given away a record breaking £1.5 million prize.
After a disappointing first year, the show returns this autumn with a new, pre-recorded format.
Due to air before The X Factor later this year, the show is being recorded this month at Elstree’s famous studios in Borehamwood.
And this week saw a whopping £1.5 million given away to a single winner, the biggest ever cash prize on UK TV.
This year, instead of a £1 million jackpot every night, a £500,000 jackpot will be available and will rollover to the next show if no one wins it.
A contestant called Graham from Berkshire won the huge jackpot on Monday.
The carpenter said: “I just don’t believe it.”
Hosted by Ant and Dec, Red or Black will air in the autumn on ITV1.
