Here’s a first looking at the opening episode of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s new musical reality series Superstar.
Starting this Saturday night on ITV1, Superstar will follow Lord Webber’s search for a new star to play the lead role in Jesus Chris Superstar.
An arena adaption of the play will hit venues across the UK this September, starting with a sold out night at London’s O2 Arena.
Helping to whittle down the contestants are a range of judges, including Spice Girl Mel C, musical star Jason Donovan, casting director David Grindrod and comic Dawn French, while BGT judge Amanda Holden hosts the whole thing!
Superstar starts Saturday night at 7:25PM on ITV1.
